Central to Providencia, not too far from the Metro, the tallest building in the whole of South America was 5 mins away with great shopping and restaurants and a massif supermarket called Jumbo Most of the staff were very nice and all spoke good English, The fod in the restaurant was good a reasonably priced,

The location was key for us and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small yet comfortable enough. It was easy to walk to many locations and we enjoyed the bar downstairs as well. The breakfast was ample and had a selection along with plenty of hot coffee.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just 10min walk to the Oasis cable car station to get to Cerro san Cristóbal. The room is big and comfortable. There’s no elevator but the reception offered to carry our luggage to the room at higher floors

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was bug and clean. Hotel is close to public transportation and is located in a quiet area. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice property with clean spacious rooms in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to all the important shopping areas in the city. Perfect location. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Excellent value…highly recommend.
